Hello, I’m Elena - founder of Elena Vels Studio. What began as a personal creative outlet in natural light has grown into a full-service product photography studio known for clean, elevated visuals. With a background in visual storytelling and a deep understanding of composition, I bring an intentional approach to every project - alongside a talented team of photographers and collaborators.

Originally from Eastern Europe, I’ve always been drawn  
to simplicity, quiet details, and intentional design — a perspective that continues to inform the studio’s aesthetic.

What types of product photography and video do you offer?

We specialize in e-commerce photography, ghost mannequin, flat lay, lifestyle imagery, creative campaigns, and product video production.

Do you provide retouching services?

Yes. All of our photography, including ghost mannequin, flat lay, e-commerce, and commercial work, comes with professional high-end retouching. Every image is refined for color accuracy, lighting consistency, and a polished final presentation that meets commercial standards.

Can you handle large product volumes?

Absolutely. Our studio is equipped to manage both small and high-volume shoots. We can scale up with additional sets, photographers, and retouchers to deliver hundreds of SKUs efficiently.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround is 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to book your project, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of final images.

How do revisions work?

Each project includes two rounds of feedback. Additional revisions beyond that are available at an extra charge.

How do you price your services?

Pricing depends on the type of photography, number of products or images, and level of retouching required. We’ll provide a custom quote once we know the project details. A general pricing guide is available upon request.

Do you provide studio space and equipment?

Yes. Shoots take place at Elena Vels Studio in Brooklyn, which is fully equipped with professional lighting, seamless backgrounds, and everything needed for e-commerce and creative product shoots. Clients are welcome to drop off or ship products directly to our studio for their projects.

How do I book a shoot?

Start by reaching out with your project details such as the number of products, type of photography, and any references or shot lists. We’ll confirm availability, provide a proposal, and once approved, schedule your shoot.
